Hi, I’m Jason, born and bred in Aotearoa. I’m the director & lead installer here at Summit. We are a true family business & I’m proud to have my family working alongside me. You’ll likely see them helping out instore or on our next project.

I have worked for 20+ years in the flooring industry in a range of positions from sales to installation and management. Learning to install flooring from some of the best in the business; proudly, I can say my work is seamless; and I enjoy the process of precision in manual task. My extensive installation experience and attention to detail are impeccable and I take great pride in offering a full service from our first meeting to your first steps on your freshly installed flooring.

And so; the name SUMMIT CARPETS was chosen because I know my service is at the peak of perfection driven by my passion for precision.

Successfully I have owned my own business for 20+ years and part of the joy in my work is the conversations I have with customers and working in a homely atmosphere that adds meaning of purpose to my work; because after all, ‘you live your life on your floors’. Therefore affordability, comfort, and great quality are important so I only work with top-quality flooring products and so I’ve carefully curated a selection of carpets, and vinyl planks for you to enjoy, which I supply and install so my pricing is extremely competitive.
